Bill Devon has been performing “magic” since his boyhood years to audiences of all ages! His magic career began at the age of nine when he was captivated by the work of magician Kirk Kirkham. Bill is grateful to his “magical teachers” Bobby Clark, Clarence Slyter (Mr. Saturday Night), Art Gross and Bob Brown. "I owe these gentlemen much gratitude for helping me to hone my craft".

CLOSE-UP MAGIC/ STROLLING MAGIC
Strolling magic is done with small items such as playing cards, coins, etc... for just a few people at a time at cocktail parties and dinners, where the magician moves from table to table doing tricks. Close up magic is intimate, personal and a highly interactive experience, where the magic seems to happen in the spectators own hands.
STAGE MAGIC
Stage magic aims for dramatic illusion, grand spectacle, and commanding attention from a distant audience and normally performed on a stage.
Parlor Magic
Magic performed in small to medium-sized spaces, suitable for audiences of several dozen people. The show is highly interactive, intimate, and lively, combining close-up and stage magic to make it easy for the audience to follow and directly take part in the performance.

We booked Bill Devon-Hutcheon for our son's 4th birthday party this past weekend, and he was fantastic from start to finish! He responded to my initial request for a quote very quickly and was incredibly easy to work with, even when we needed to change the time of the event. Bill stayed in communication with me both before and during the party, which gave me such peace of mind. He arrived early and had everything set up well before the guests came. Bill was wonderful with the kids, keeping all the preschoolers entertained and fully engaged throughout the entire show. I have seen this guy a few years now at the Saratoga CC and he's just amazing! Usually he's there only for kids, but he throws in some humor to make the adults laugh as well. Great great for kids, they just love him! Check him out!(disappearing pigeons, cards, coins, etc, he does it all)
He is dedicated and experienced magician with strong sense of responsibility. His performances are creative and entertaining, appealing to both children and adults. I am very satisfied with his show.
